- On offer is a rare colour matured vintage tribal Bokhara Rug handwoven in Afghanistan.
- Approx. 50 years old. It is in perfect condition.
- Having a repeated detailed octagonal Gul design. Each octagonal Gul motif is the signature design of the weaving group that produced the rug.
- The inner and outer border consist of Boteh fertility symbols,
- A fine weave, all wool pile woven on a strong wool foundatiion. A lovely soft pile.
- The rug colour has matured to a beautiful soft pomegranate colour.There are contrasting colours of navy blue.
- Dimension 293x203cm.
