Our In-Warehouse Shopping Experience

While Persian Rug Co. operates largely as an online business, our Rozelle warehouse outlet is open every Monday, Wednesday, Friday & weekends servicing our Sydney based and travelling customers.

On arrival to our warehouse, you will be amazed by pops of colour in the thousands of rugs laid neatly in size-ordered piles. Our friendly staff will tend to your needs and be happy to share information on the construction and history of each unique piece.

Coming into the warehouse with a clear size in mind helps our team service your needs, so we recommend measuring your space before you visit. Once we establish a rough size, members of our team will flick through the pile and answer any questions you may have in the process. Many of our customers shortlist their favourite rugs within the pile to be pulled out for comparison.

We have the luxury of space in our warehouse, allowing us to lay out any favourites on a neutral coloured floor. For certain rooms, we mark up the dimensions of your space on our floor to provide a rough idea of how the chosen rug may look in your home. Laying the rugs out next to one another makes the selection decision easier, by allowing for all the elements of the rug to be grasped, including the light side.

We allow our rugs to be taken on an obligation-free trial basis, again to ensure you are happy with the rug in your specific space. Similarly, we offer in-home viewings whereby our staff will bring rugs to your home and show them at a convenient time.
